1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Selsmart (operated in technical partnership with Attero Recycling Private Limited). By accessing our website, booking doorstep scrap valuations, or purchasing certified refurbished appliances, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Chennai Service Territory & Operational Scope
As of current operational phase, all physical doorstep valuations, uninstallation logistics, spot cash/UPI payouts, and refurbished appliance deliveries are strictly restricted to verified postal codes within the Chennai Metropolitan Area (pincodes 600001 through 600130). Users accessing the platform from outside Chennai may freely browse catalog rates but are not eligible for doorstep transactions until official city expansion.
3. Scrap Valuation, Accuracy & Doorstep Handover
Online quotes generated via our automated calculator are based on the parameters (tonnage, brand, operational status, coil type) entered by the user. Our verified field technician will verify these attributes on-site using calibrated hanging scales. If the device conforms to the entered specifications, Selsmart guarantees 100% price honor with zero doorstep renegotiations.
4. Title & Transfer of Ownership
Upon mutual acceptance of the valuation and disbursement of the payment via UPI or IMPS, ownership of the appliance immediately passes to Selsmart / Attero for circular e-waste recycling or authorized refurbishment under Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) rules.
