Customers may reschedule or cancel any booked doorstep scrap pickup appointment at zero cancellation cost, up to 1 hour prior to the allotted technician arrival window in Chennai.
2. 7-Day Refurbished Appliance Replacement
If a certified refurbished appliance delivered in Chennai displays any mechanical, electrical, or functional variance within 7 days of delivery, Selsmart will replace the appliance or issue a 100% full refund with zero restocking charges.
3. Service Inspection Fee Adjustment
The ₹199 doorstep service inspection fee is 100% adjustable against your final repair bill upon quotation approval.
